This page explains what information Joshua Abel collects through Launch Your Thing, why it is needed, and the choices you have.

This is a starting draft for professional review. It is not legal advice.

What I collect

  • Your name, email address, phone number, and account details.
  • Your application answers, business information, choices, and approvals.
  • Files, photos, links, voice notes, call transcripts, and messages you share.
  • Call details such as the date, time, participants, and length.
  • Payment status, receipts, plan details, and billing history. Stripe handles your card details; I never store your full card number.
  • Project activity, such as updates, tasks, review comments, and sign-in records used to keep your private project area secure.

Why I use it

I use your information to review your request, provide a price, complete the work you approved, communicate with you, process payments, support your project, and keep your account secure.

I may also use it to prevent misuse, resolve problems, improve the service, keep required business records, and meet legal obligations. I do not sell your personal information.

Where it is stored and who helps

Your account, project information, messages, and private files are stored with Lovable Cloud. Access is limited to you, Joshua, and service providers that need it to do their work.

  • Lovable Cloud provides accounts, data storage, and private file storage.
  • Stripe processes payments, subscriptions, and card details.
  • Lovable delivers project and account emails.
  • Daily provides video and voice calls and related call information.

These providers process information under their own privacy terms and may store it in other countries. If I add basic site analytics later, I will update this page before using it and name the provider here.

How long I keep it

I keep active applications and project records for as long as needed to provide the service. Ordinary project messages, files, call details, and related records may be kept for up to three years after our working relationship ends.

Payment, tax, and accounting records may be kept for up to seven years. I may keep information longer when reasonably needed for a legal claim, dispute, fraud prevention, or another legal requirement.

When information is no longer needed, I delete it or remove details that identify you where reasonably possible.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. You can also turn off optional message digests and reminder emails in your settings. Important price, payment, and launch messages still need to be sent.

I may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Some payment, tax, security, or dispute records cannot be deleted immediately.

Contact

To ask a privacy question or request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@launchyourthing.co. I will respond as soon as reasonably possible.
